Spalling is present in the cracked and damaged concrete at the ceiling level. Also, to address
rust removal and apply protective paint to the steel bars. Additionally, concrete repairs will
be performed using HB40 in TWD, which includes the erection of a scaffolding platform and
rectification of defects during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
